1/4cRaisins
1/4cAlmonds -- chopped
3cWhole-Wheat Flour
1 1/2tbWheat Gluten
1 1/2tsYeast
3/4tsSea Salt
1/2tsCinnamon
1 1/2tbLecithin Granules Or
  Vegetable Oil
1 1/4c(+ 1 Tbs)
1/4c(+ 2 Tbs)
1/4c(+ 2 Tbs)
1/4c(+ 2 Tbs)
1 Pound-----
  Apricot Nectar
1 1/2 Pound-----
  Apricot Nectar
  Dried Apricots -- chopped
  Raisins
  Almonds -- chopped

Combine everything except the apricots, raisins, and almonds in the machine's bread pan. Turn the machine on the RAISIN BREAD setting. Add the apricots, raisins, and almonds when the machine buzzes. A 1-lb loaf makes 16 slices and a 1 1/2-lb loaf makes 18 slices.
